Latest new build home progress
Our New Show Home at 15A Addison Street, Cambridge is now in the finishing stages. This means sorting the tiling, putting some flooring down, fitting out the kitchen, and working on the outside doing the finishing touches of cladding.
The next stage in this exciting build project is the removal of the scaffolding to do the Landscape Design. Then the new home will be nearly home!
Busy building times in Waikato
2010 is a busy time for new build homes around Cambridge. Cambridge Homes Project Manager Tim has many houses in progress and another 3 waiting for permits to be issued as part of our total ‘concept to move-in’ building service.
The sales team at Cambridge Homes have many hot prospects with clients looking to build new homes. We are doing site visits as far away as Coromandel, and are presenting new build homes Concepts to new clients, as well as working through client changes to their concept plans as part of our careful process of turning dreams into homes. It’s a process we understand very well, but never take for granted as it is such a unique and important process for each client, many of whom will only have one chance to build a dream home from scratch.
We also have quite a number of clients waiting in the wings until they sell an existing house, get title, or have subdivisions come through before they can start building their new home with us.
Party time – welcome to our new-build home!
On the 23rd April one of our delighted existing clients put on a party for Cambridge Homes staff and 20 prospective clients to show off their beautiful new homes, and to help us share their pleasure with our prospective clients. Our main advertising medium for our home-building services has always been our happy clients, and we’re very grateful for opportunities like this when we get to really enjoy and showcase the building work we do.
We were certainly all catered for beautifully and everyone was impressed by the very high standard of presentation in the house – and the fun of the occasion! One client was so impressed with the workmanship and high building standards that he signed the contract for his own new-build project with Cambridge Homes the following week. A big thank-you to our clients old and new!
