Jeanette Dibble so enjoyed building her new Kihikihi home with Cambridge Homes that she jokes she is thinking of doing it all again! “They project managed the whole thing, I didn’t have to do a thing and nothing was too much trouble for them.”
At the recent Waikato Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards Cambridge Homes won a gold award in the New Homes $600,000 to $1 million.
It was the attention to detail, sharing of their experience and the close rapport that Jeanette had with staff members that made building her dream home a positive experience.
Jeanette had her own vision and plan for her home and after doing the rounds of many show homes she liked what Cambridge Homes offered.
“Their finish was far superior to others I had seen,” said Jeanette but she found that all aspects of the Cambridge Homes service was superior.
“The extra touches that they suggested have turned out really nicely and made a huge difference to the overall feel of the house,” said Jeanette.
The home was finished on time, which Jeanette also finds striking.
“I actually moved in the day before it was scheduled to be completed,” said Jeanette.
And the service and relationship has not finished there, Jeanette had finishing touches to add to the house that she tried to arrange with contractors herself to no avail. When the good-hearted people at Cambridge Homes heard of her problems they stepped in and arranged contractors to carry out the work.
“They are still a small enough family firm that you can establish a personal and close relationship with them,” said Jeanette of Cambridge Homes team who are firmly on her list of respected friends
