Jo, the boys and I wanted to write and express our sincere thanks for our new home.
There seems to be many bad stories out there from people who have built but we have to say the whole experience has been brilliant. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your excellent team.
Our home is everything we hoped for and we are so pleased with all the positive comments we get from visitors. Without fail people are impressed with the overall design and finish.
We especially liked the fact we could build “our” home rather than a generic design. The design somehow managed to weave together our various wishes into a great family home.
The build itself seemed to fly by and we were kept fully informed at every stage. We appreciated very much that small changes could be made at any point without any problem. The variations were clear and therefore our budget easy to maintain.
The whole process was a breeze and we waited for problems that never came. Please pass on our thanks to all the team who without exception were a pleasure to deal with.

We were looking at floor tiles in a tile shop and discussing appropriate styles for a wet-area shower. The tiles shop staff recommended we take a look at Cambridge Homes’ Show Home to see a really well designed and constructed example of such a shower. We looked and talked with Phil and Richard and ended up entrusting them with the construction of our home.
They listened to what we wanted, interpreted our sketches and made sensible and timely decisions. We really appreciated them building the house we wanted, the way we wanted it. Our home is not a ’standard plan’, we like to think it unique to us and ‘Cambridge Homes’ certainly bought into our vision and made it their own. They enjoyed the challenge of something new.
We were fully involved in every stage of the construction, met and talked with each of the trade specialists. Our requests were handled promptly, changes happened smoothly and we were thoroughly informed about all aspects of the project.
We ar delighted with the finished house, it fits us and our lifestyle perfectly. We will certinaly use the services of Cambridge Homes if we build again in the future.

After selling my 3 bedroom house and deciding to build a ‘granny flat’ on the front of my family’s home, I approached Phil Webb at Cambridge Homes to help me with this concept.
Richard, the designer at Cambridge homes showed me 3 dimensional photos of the proposed interior and floor plans and the finished exterior building, which I happily accepted, and building began.
The builders, Nick and Marcus mason kept me informed of the progress day by day and did an awesome job.
As the building progessed, Liz Webb took me to the bathroom specialists and helped me to choose the appropriate fittings, shower, vanity, taps, of which I am delighted with, Thanks Liz.
Also Kerry Santner, colour consultant for Cambridge Homes helped me to choose the interior colours, tiles, carpets and flooring and kitchen. This was a great help as I had no idea as there is so much to choose from. Thanks Kerry, looks great.
I would personally like to thank Phil Webb for his expert help in this concept, and everyone at Cambridge Homes, fro designing and building my Granny Flat, and making it all possible.
Have now been in my new home for several weeks, I am extremely happy and love everything about it.

Our parents built with Cambridge Homes prior and there were more than happy with the experience, so we turned up at Cambridge Homes with our wish list and they delivered in every aspect, and now we have a wonderful comfortable home to live in.
From our first thoughts to the finished product it was a breeze, after being disappointed that we had to change sections Cambridge Homes were not fazed.
The experience from the beginning was plain sailing, with James help drawing up the plans, Liz’s help with kitchen design. Kerry’s help colour consulting, Tim’s expert building advice and the Graham’s finishing off, we found their great advice and professional help outstanding.
We would highly recommend building with Cambridge Homes, and if they hadn’t done such a great job 1st time round we would certainly build with them again.

When we decided to build a new house, we visited several building companies and looked at some lovely show homes, but Cambridge Homes impressed us with the design and quality of their show home, the ability to see designs in 3D ad the friendliness and enthusiasm of Phil and Liz and their staff.
Our section had beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges and the Matamata area and we needed a special design to take advantage of this. As this was the second time that we had build a new home, we had several ideas that we wanted to incorporate into the plan. Richard was able to take these ideas and with his expertise, design a lovely home, which is unique to us and has 300 degree views.
The building process was started right on time and went very smoothly under the supervision of Tim and Graham. We were handed the keys only 1 day after the completion date we had been given – a great achievement.
Special thanks must go to Liz and Kerry. Liz, always bright and friendly, always helpful, always accessible. Her help in choosing kitchen and bathroom fittings made the job so much easier. Without Kerry’s guidance and ENDLESS patience, our interiors would never have been as lovely and coordinated as they are. Her help with colour schemes, kitchen design, floor coverings and tiling was invaluable. Thank you girls.
Thanks also to Rob Tinkler at Impact Kitchens for his great kitchen design and his wonderful service. It has been much appreciated and the kitchen is a pleasure to work in.
