After selling my 3 bedroom house and deciding to build a ‘granny flat’ on the front of my family’s home, I approached Phil Webb at Cambridge Homes to help me with this concept.
Richard, the designer at Cambridge homes showed me 3 dimensional photos of the proposed interior and floor plans and the finished exterior building, which I happily accepted, and building began.
The builders, Nick and Marcus mason kept me informed of the progress day by day and did an awesome job.
As the building progessed, Liz Webb took me to the bathroom specialists and helped me to choose the appropriate fittings, shower, vanity, taps, of which I am delighted with, Thanks Liz.
Also Kerry Santner, colour consultant for Cambridge Homes helped me to choose the interior colours, tiles, carpets and flooring and kitchen. This was a great help as I had no idea as there is so much to choose from. Thanks Kerry, looks great.
I would personally like to thank Phil Webb for his expert help in this concept, and everyone at Cambridge Homes, fro designing and building my Granny Flat, and making it all possible.
Have now been in my new home for several weeks, I am extremely happy and love everything about it.
