A RANGE OF EXCITING PROJECTS ACROSS AUCKLAND
Cambridge Homes Auckland is aiming to extend its reach into the niche market of mixed-use developments and is currently working on City Life Development’s Epsom project. The project, which is situated next door to the heritage area of central Epsom, will offer seven four-bedroom luxury terraced homes, three spacious two-bedroom two bathroom apartments and one independently accessed professional office that fronts Manukau Road. It is located in the double grammar zone, is close to Alexandra Park retail and residential developments, Cornwall Park Trust reserves, local cafes, restaurants and medical centres as well as the new Westfield redevelopment in Newmarket. Cambridge Homes Auckland franchise owner, Mike Lough, says there is an opportunity for purchasers to personalise the interior of their new apartment or terrace house.
He says his company is working on several similar developments in Auckland and he expects demand to increase. The company has just completed stage one of a project at 100 Shakespeare Road in Milford on Auckland’s North Shore, which included seven terraced houses. Stage two will offer three large villas and two lake front mansions. “These developments will be a big part of the future and at Cambridge Homes Auckland we have the skills to tackle these projects,” he says.
Mike, who describes himself as an entrepreneur, purchased the Auckland franchise in 2015 as the result of seeking his next business venture. After investigating possibilities Cambridge Homes stood out. The business has just made the top 5 in the Deloitte’s Fast 50 signifying just how much it has grown.
He says a key reason is the focus on strategy, customer service and people as Cambridge Homes Auckland caters to all ends of the market from first home buyers to those seeking top end houses. The common factor in all instances is quality.
“We are the fastest growing residential building company in New Zealand, the fastest growing service business across all industries and the fifth fastest growing company in the country across all industries.”

“We have established ourselves as a business for people across the board who desire a very high quality home,” says Mike. “We can build from people’s own plans or assist them through the whole process from selecting land to design with our design team and architects through to handing them the keys to their new home.”
The company currently offers house and land packages in Riverview at Kaukapakapa, a subdivision where the smallest land package is around 2500 square metres. A 300 square metre show home with vaulted ceilings and views over Kaukapakapa will be opened later this year.
He says that Cambridge Homes works hard to offer award-winning designs, the best materials and most experienced tradespeople to provide customers with true value for money.
