Guiding you through the process

We are here to help you every step of the way.  Many of our clients are just starting their journey to build their new home.  We can help point you in the direction of a broker or a bank mortgage broker who specialises in residential construction projects.

Talk to your bank or mortgage broker as the first step, to understand what your budget to build is. Ideally you gain a preapproval from your lender to establish the goal posts for your new home build. Your budget will have two key elements, your land and the building contract. Each and every persons financial situation is different and that’s where your lending provider can help you understand what your unique budget is.

Our job is to help you spend your building budget in a way that delivers on what is important to you in your new home, we work through a specification process with you prior to signing a building contract to establish a fixed price building contract for you, which your lending provider will require to approve, along side the sale and purchase agreement pertaining to the land you are building on.

*Subject to lending criteria, T&Cs apply
